You can re-enter this state of deep inner connection, cellular agency, and communication, beautiful ways to refresh each of your systems. Allow yourself to listen and meditate, allow this to inspire movement to unfold and reveal your generative body, learn, draw, write your personal insights, and inspirations. We will have time to share our experiences, our research, and questions!
This course will include materials to read or engage with before or after the meetings = as you wish - It continues the regular practice of Embryonic Breathing, which drew so many people in this time, and widens the focus.
